Seaside Home Services respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Seaside Home Services is a brand of The Shoreline Group, which also operates Carter Land Services, Golden Sea Outdoors, and AHL Design. In this policy, "we" means The Shoreline Group and its brands.

When you request service, ask for a quote, apply for a job, or contact us, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Property address or service area
• The services you are interested in and details about your project
• For job applications, your work experience and anything you include with your application
• Anything else you choose to tell us

We collect this through the forms on our website, by phone, and by email.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically by cookies and similar tools:

• Pages you visit and how you got to our site
• Your device, browser, and approximate location (from your IP address)

We use this to keep the site working and to understand how people use it. See section 4 for what runs on this site and how to turn it off.

• Analytics: Google Analytics, which tells us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited and how people found us.

We do not use advertising cookies today. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy, and they will be off for anyone who declines them.

You can turn analytics cookies off there at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's browser add-on.

5. Who we share your information with

We use service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Website hosting (Webflow)
• Form processing (Basin)
• Email and business tools (Microsoft 365)
• Website analytics (Google Analytics)

We do not sell your personal information.

Seaside Home Services, Carter Land Services, Golden Sea Outdoors, and AHL Design are brands of The Shoreline Group. Information you give one of our brands may be shared with our other brands, for example to pass along a request or to tell you about a related service. If you ask Seaside Home Services about landscaping, Carter Land Services may contact you.

Each brand keeps its own email list. Unsubscribing from one brand's emails stops that brand's emails. To stop marketing from all of our brands, contact us and we will take care of it.

We do not give your information to any other company, other than the service providers listed above. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or our business.

Business transfers. If The Shoreline Group or one of its lines of business is sold, merged, or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The new owner will be bound by this policy until it is updated.

6. Third-party platforms

If you contact us through Instagram or another third-party platform, that platform's own privacy policy and terms also apply to your use of it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 9).

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you give us. No method of storing or sending information electronically is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

9. Your choices

• Update or delete your information: contact us at the email below and we will take care of it.
• Stop marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or contact us to stop emails from all of our brands.
• Cookies: use the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page, or your browser settings.

10. Children

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, including Instagram and other Shoreline Group companies. Their privacy policies apply on their sites, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on our website.
